There are over the counter medicines that may work. If the
symptons are very bad, you might want to consider a short
term hrt--which is only taken for 10 days a month, for 4 or
5 months. I only had to take the drug one month and it did the
job for me. Havent had any symptons in over 5 months now.
But it is best to talk to your doctor about hormone replacement
therapy.
